Community Giving Campaign
This is a volunteer led initiative that is dedicated to bringing the best possible infrastructure to our community for our children to participate in sport.
Our volunteers are working to raise funds to build two new field surfaces in the area beside Kennebecasis Valley High School. We strongly believe that this project will benefit our community in two important ways. It will provide a safe, reliable space for children to participate in physical activity and will elevate the quality and breadth of our infrastructure.
Specifically, The KV Fields Project will build two regulation-sized, artificial turf fields that will extend our practice and playing seasons to eight months. These fields will also be fully lit, which will allow playing time to be extended into the evening. The current natural fields are not up to the standard they need to be.
This is a tremendous undertaking and one that requires tremendous community spirit. We need your help.
We would greatly appreciate it if you would join one of the Friends of the KV Fields donor circles. The options are as follows:
|
The Kennebecasis Circle |
Gifts in excess of $50,000 |
|
The Quispamsis Circle |
Gifts from $10,000 to $50,000 |
|
The Millennium Circle |
Gifts from $5,000 to $10,000 |
|
The Lions Circle |
Gifts from $1,000 to $5,000 |
|
The KVHS Circle |
Gifts from $250 to $1,000 |
Our donors will have their name inscribed on our Recognition Monument to be placed at the entrance to the facility – a permanent reminder of this commitment to our community. As well, a charitable receipt will be issued. Proper media releases will be implemented, and a photo opportunity will be offered.
If you have any questions, please contact KV Field project manager, Brad Donnelly at 849-1400 or via email at inquiries@kvfieldsproject.com.
Please join us in making the Kennebecasis Valley the very best it can be by creating a lasting legacy of sport and community spirit for our children.
Many thanks,
Brad Donnelly

P.S. In addition to the hundreds of students who use the field surfaces for organized high school activities, the space will be home to over 1,700 summer soccer players, ages four and up.
